The Project
Seamlessly deliver the print production, kitting, and nationwide distribution of multiple Smirnoff campaigns.
Our Approach
As with all our projects, 3Sixty focused on managing the production of print assets across multiple substrates and machines. Throughout the process, we maintained strict quality control to ensure consistent and accurate brand colours across every campaign element.
To support the rollout, we coordinated large-scale regional dispatches to Lion's warehousing network nationwide. We also managed the assembly and packing of 810 campaign kits, containing printed POS materials, entry mechanics, and instant-win promotional gifts.
